Using Lasers, Webcams, and Python to Create a Halloween Game in my Driveway
Time: Aug 30, 10:00 a.m.
Location: SI 065
For Halloween 2007 trick or treaters coming to my house were not given candy. Instead they were given laser guns and told to earn their candy by shooting a marshmallow vampire projected on a screen in my garage. I'll present on the ideas behind the game as well as on how to set up your own laser controlled driveway activity. Audience members will be able to participate in demos of the games.
