Phillip J. Windley, Ph.D. is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Kynetx, an early stage ecommerce company focused on turning shoppers into customers. As CTO, Dr. Windley directs the company's product strategy and is responsible for product architecture, implementation, and operations. Dr. Windley is a frequent author and speaker on digital identity, web architectures, web services, and interoperability. He writes the popular Technometria blog which contains numerous white papers in these areas and others. Dr. Windley is the author of the book Digital Identity published by O'Reilly Media. Dr. Windley is also an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Brigham Young University and Executive Producer of IT Conversations, a popular network of technology podcasts.
