Dr. Taber is CTO of Plandecsys, Inc., a maker of intelligent decision support software systems. John's background includes expert systems for engineering applications, especially in strategic planning for transportation and development. John's engineering degrees include Lafayette College, a Masters from Princeton University, and a Ph.D. from Utah State University.
