Dirk Howard is a trainer and software developer from Logan, Utah. His first experience with Free Software was in the early 80's with Emacs found on a DECUS library tape. A BS graudate in Computer Science from Utah State University, Dirk has worked for several companies as a trainer, developer and support engineer. Dirk runs his own consultancy, IDKSoftware, providing training, application development and system administration for Free and Open Source Software.
