Tier Four was incorporated on January 6, 2003 with two employees as UVNET, Inc. The UVNET name reflected the company's local focus on the Utah County, Utah market.
Early efforts focused on refining the business model and the service offering. The company grew more rapidly than expected and the company achieved its first profitable month in March of 2003. At the end of 2003, Tier Four had several dozen customers, a stable services portfolio, a solid team and one active data center. |
